Affiliate and referral disclosure

FranchiseFeast is reader-supported. This page describes every way this site can earn money, in plain English, as required by the FTC's endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255).

Amazon affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Some equipment guides link to Amazon; if you buy through one of those links, Amazon pays us a commission at no additional cost to you. Every page containing affiliate links carries a disclosure near the top of the article, not just here. Commissions never decide which products we recommend; specifications do, and each product card names its spec source.

Advertising

Display advertising (served by Google AdSense) may appear on some pages, labeled as advertising. Advertisers have no influence on editorial content and no advance knowledge of what we publish.

Franchise referrals

FranchiseFeast has a referral arrangement with a trusted, independent franchise-development consultant. If you opt in on one of our signup forms and your goals match what our partner is looking for, we may share the information you gave us with that partner so they can follow up, and we may receive a flat referral fee. Two things matter here. First, it is optional: it is never required to get anything on this site, and you can opt out at any time. Second, it is limited: we refer interested readers to a consultant for further guidance, but we do not match you to specific franchise brands, discuss the merits of individual franchisors, negotiate on your behalf, or take any money from a franchisor. Any referral fee is paid by our consultant partner and does not depend on which franchise, if any, you choose. See our privacy policy for exactly what is shared and how to opt out.

What stays constant

  • We do not offer, sell, broker, or negotiate franchises, and we take no money from any franchisor.
  • No one buys a ranking, a recommendation, or a mention.
  • We never sell your information to data brokers or advertising networks; any partner sharing is opt-in only and you can opt out anytime.
  • Email signups receive what they asked for and can unsubscribe with one click.
