Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

FranchiseFeast does not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks. One disclosure can still count as a "sale" or as "sharing" under California law: the optional franchise-development referral. If you checked the referral box on one of our forms, we may pass the details you gave us to an independent franchise-development partner so they can follow up, and we may be paid a referral fee. See the affiliate and referral disclosure for how that works.

This page is how you stop it. Enter the email address you gave us and submit the form. You do not need an account, and we do not ask you to prove who you are to opt out.

What opting out does

  • We stop sharing your information with the referral partner and clear any referral opt-in already recorded against that email address.
  • It covers every form you used, not just the most recent one, and it stays in effect until you opt in again yourself.
  • We act on it within 15 business days, the deadline California's regulations set for opt-out requests.

What opting out does not do

  • It does not unsubscribe you from email. You keep getting the guides and resources you signed up for. To stop those, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
  • It does not delete what we already hold. Deletion is a separate request. Contact us and we will handle it within 30 days.
  • It does not change your cookie settings. Analytics and advertising cookies are a separate control: or read your privacy choices.

Submit your opt-out request

Use the address you gave us. It is the only thing we can match your record against.

We use the address only to find your record and mark it opted out. See the privacy policy.

Browser opt-out signals

If your browser or a privacy extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically and you do not need this form. That signal applies to the browser sending it, so it does not follow you to another device or browser. The form above is keyed to your email address, so it does.

Requests made for someone else

If you are an authorized agent submitting on another person's behalf, or you would rather send the request in writing, contact us. Those go on the same clock and get the same result.
