Three kinds of mail get priority:

• Corrections. If a current FDD you are holding disagrees with a figure on this site, send the item number and filing year. We verify and correct publicly.
• Question gaps. If you researched something we have not covered, tell us. Reader questions set the editorial calendar.
• Privacy requests. Data access or deletion requests are honored within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.

One thing we cannot do: recommend whether you personally should buy a specific franchise. That decision needs the current FDD, a franchise attorney, and an accountant who can see your numbers. Our buying process guides will make those conversations cheaper and shorter.
